Kenapa Kita Perlu Suppleme?

Salam,
Hari ni sy nk kongsi beberapa sbb kita perlukan supplemen. Antara sbb2 nya ialah:
Reason #1: Insufficient nutrients in
our food. We can’t get all the essential
nutrients we need from food alone.Ini mmg betul. Yelah, mkn sumber calcium mgkin satu serving je per day.jd pe kaedahnya mau dpt cukup?

Reason #2: Poor digestion.penghadaman yg x berjalan lancar menyebabkan nutrients x dpt diserap dgn baik.

Reason #3: Poor food preparation.Biasa masak sayur? Sanggup mkn mentah2? mesti x,kan? Masa proses memasak tu, kebanyakan vitamin akan dimusnahkan. Lagi2 kalau korang mcm sy yg suka betul2 masak, x suka keras2..

Reason #4: Environment toxins.ini sumer org tahu...

Reason #5: Obesity.

Reason #6: Insomnia and Stress.

Reason #7: Hormone Imbalances.

Although both testosterone and
estrogen are present in both males
and females, estrogen is considered
the female hormone and testosterone
the male hormone. A decrease in
testosterone makes it difficult for men
to gain muscle mass, and an excess of
estrogen makes it difficult for both
men and women to lose fat once it is
acquired.

Reason #9: Quality of Life. There are
many nutrients that can improve our
quality of life.Contoh: x cukup vitamin, kita x la terus dpt penyakit, tp kalau kita ambil vitamin, badan akn rasa lebih bertenaga. Jadi sepatutnya mesti kita nk hidup yg lebih berkualiti. .right?
